Gas generating complexes for the production of electricity and heat from biomass, power from 100 kW
Main objective of project Profit on account of: 1. Sales of green electricity. 2. Savings of electricity costs for own needs. 3. Production of hot water for heating or technological needs (use of heat, which is produced by operating equipment in large quantities).
Cost price and payback time 1. Payback: 0, - 1, years (depending on the cost of raw materials and the type of selected equipment). 2. Cost price of electricity generation: 2.5-5* times lower than the cost of industrial electricity (depending on the wood species and the moisture content of raw materials). 3. Cost price of produced gas: 3-6* times lower than industrial gas (depending on the wood species and the moisture content of raw materials). 4. Сonsumption of raw material is 1, kg for obtaining 1 kW of electricity (varies from selected type of raw material).
Areas of use 1. Business - sale of green electricity to the state. 2. Provision of own needs with inexpensive electricity. 3. Getting of inexpensive heating and hot water supply. 4. Individual power supply of objects remote from energy sources. 5. Individual power supply of objects without the possibility of connection, difficult or expensive connection to general service circuit. 6. Equipment operation as a reserve or emergency power source. 7. Utilization of industrial waste and residue in the sphere of woodworking and agriculture with profit.
Description of project Gas generator complex is designed to production combustible gas from solid fuel (lump wood) or biomass (wood briquettes, peat briquettes as well as agricultural waste in the form of briquettes and industrial pellets) and further production of electricity and hot water. Requirement for effective operation of equipment is the moisture content of raw materials up to 20%. Decrease humidity is easily solved by installing additional equipment to dry the raw material. In case of using industrial pellets from peat the humidity shouldn't exceed 16%. The purification system cleans generator gas from soot and tar and cools gas to environment temperature before it's fed into the engine.
System for the production of hot water for heating or other needs and the automatic fuel delivery system with conveyors are negotiated and installed as additional options.
Staff: 1-2 people (depending on degree of automation of the gas-generator complex).
